Product return policy:

We are delighted to have you among the customers of our store and we will do our best for you to have a very enjoyable shopping experience with us.

We recommend that before ordering the desired product, consult the size table in section Sizes Table, to be sure that the product size fits you. Also, if you are not sure about what size is most appropriate for you, in order to simplify the acquisition process, please contact us to receive the assistance of a consultant. Also, when placing your order, you can leave a message with your size (bust-waist-hip), and if the measure chosen does not suit you, we can notice you about this before processing the order, during order confirmation. If your order was placed successfully, you will receive an automatic email confirmation on the email address used for registration.

All orders placed will be confirmed by phone by an operator before being processed.

How to return a product?

In the event that the ordered product sizes/size will not match those/that ordered in the order form, product quality is not as described on our website or products were delivered wrongly, the customer is entitled to return the product within 10 days from the registration date upon product reception by courier in the same qualitative condition as that on product reception.

WARNING! Return payments are in the responsibility of the customer at the time of the return. We suggest that prior to making your return, contact us to analyze how we can best remedy your discontent and guide you, because we want all customers of the PassionbyD online shop to be happy with their order and received services.

Regarding return procedures, it is IMPORTANT that the product is undamaged, free from wear, alteration and use, and returned with the original packaging received from our company. Unfortunately, without fulfilling these conditions, the product can not be returned and the online shop for women’s clothing PassionbyD reserves the right to refuse your return!

Also, please do not stick anything on the original packaging in which you received the product/products in the return process. Make sure the product and the packaging will not be damaged in the return procedure (seal the original package in a bag or box before placing the order on the courier). Products that have been glued on the original packaging labels, tape or any other material that will damage the product / packaging will not be accepted for return.

Delivery by PassionbyD representatives: Orders are delivered directly through Passion by D staff are not categorized as remote commerce, but sold through specialist stores, and can be viewed, checked and personally accepted for purchase and accepted as confidential to the customer’s needs. Therefore, orders in this category, which are delivered through the representatives of the online fashion designer clothes store, are not subject to the 130/2000 agreement completed by Law 51/2003 and can not be returned.

Steps you need to follow for the return procedure:

  1. Go to login to your account;
  2. Search for the order number you want;
  3. Identify the desired product ID for return;
  4. Contact us: by email or contact page.
  5. After confirming the Passion by D store’s representative, send the package to the headquarters according to the above rules.

If you choose to fill out the product return form, within 3-5 business days a representative of our company will contact you to explain the return instructions.

Return delivery are accepted only by courier( door to door delivery). We do not accept return by postoffice.

How long until I receive the return equivalent?

The payment of the value of the products labeled as return is paid by bank transfer to the customer within maximum 14 working days, based on the data provided by the client by email.

Can I cancel an order?

An online order made and paid can be canceled only by individuals and only within 24 hours of placing it. The order is canceled in writing via email at .

If the payment was made online, the reimbursement of the product’s value will be made via a bank account to the client’s IBAN account mentioned in writing. These provisions apply according to O.G. 130/200, when purchasing products from the PassionbyD online clothing store  using remote communication techniques.

Return may be made only once for a product under the conditions of Article 4 (1) B) from O.G. 130/2000 and repeat purchase may be considered abuse, and the online clothing store reserves the right to select its customers according to their behavior.

Products returned via the Romanian Post will not be collected from the Post and as a result such returns are not accepted! Returns can only be made by courier companies.
