Passion by Denisa S.R.L. through the online store Passion by D, respectively www.passionbyd.com, to the buyer and may be modified only with the express written consent of the parties. It also applies to all users of this website, mobile site-related applications, blogs and other websites owned or operated by S.C. Passion by Denisa S.R.L (including affiliates or other affiliates selling their PassionbyD products).

Definitions:

Seller: S.C. Passion by Denisa S.R.L. – through the interface of the online shop PassionbyD – www.passionbyd.com, identified with RO 341 232 61, J40/1956/18.02.2015.

Buyer: any natural or legal person making an online order.

Good(s): any item available in the online shop PassionbyD, which is required and is to be delivered by the seller to the buyer.

Characteristics – the assembly of the technical and conceptual characteristics of the goods according to the order.

PassionbyD’s copyright on the information published on the website

PassionbyD reserves the right of ownership of the entire textual and graphic content of the site (images, symbols, web graphics elements) and this right is reserved under the Copyright Law (Law 8/1996) and the laws On intellectual and industrial property. Using them in violation of the Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions and without the written consent of PassionbyD shall be punished according to the legislation in force.

We mention that prices do not include delivery costs and other international taxes, except when expressly stated.

Price policy

PassionbyD reserves the right to set prices based on internal policy and will be displayed in Ron or another currency (depending on buyer’s choice). During these discounts, these values will be updated on the site.

How do I buy?

For domestic orders within the territory of Romania, payment can be made in the form of a reimbursement, namely payment upon delivery, to the courier.
