Product delivery:

Our online shop aims to deliver your purchased products, for domestic orders, within 12 business days from the date of receipt of the order. If the ordered products are in stock then the delivery time is about 4-6 business days. The delivery term will be confirmed immediately after the placing the order, and a operator will contact you to confirm the details of the order placed by you. If you want to check the shortest delivery time for a particular product, you can also contact us by email or phone. We will provide you with all the necessary information in the shortest possible time.

For delivery to Romania we have the following options:

– Delivery within 12 days from the placement of the order if the product is not in stock or if it is custom made.

– Delivery in maximum 2-3 days for products in stock for domestic delivery and 4-6 business day for other UE countries.

The products will be shipped through the courier company according to its policy. If your delivery address is located in a special area for the courier company, additional costs may occur.

The delivery of the products will be done by courier services at the address indicated by you in the order form. The delivery tax on Romanian territory is 35 ron.

The products can also be picked up personally from the PasionbyD workshop at: Jean Louis Calderon 17, 2nd floor, int 05, 2nd district, Bucharest, Romania. Please mention the lift from the headquarters when placing the order in you order form.

If unexpected events occur, independent of our will to deliver a product, a representative of our team will contact you. Also, if there are delays during national holidays, due to the large volume of orders, a representative of our company will notify you in this regard.

For international deliveries, according to the location details specify in your order form, the costs will be displayed in the shopping cart in the delivery cost category. If additional delivery cost may occur we will contact you to confirm if you agree with the additional cost before shipping. Any damage to the product or package sent by our team is the responsibility of the carrier under the applicable laws.

Customs and duty

For international deliveries outside EU area, import duties and taxes may occur. This are additional charges for the client. Please check if there are additional taxes for your country because these are usually imposed once a shipment reaches the destination country and these aren’t cost that we can estimate for you.
